How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Typically delivery takes between 7-10 days. This is because we make our clothes specifically for each order to avoid unnecessary waste. Finishing the production of an order takes up to three days after which they are shipped.
However, what we lose in speed we gain in sustainability!
What if the size I ordered doesn't fit?
Every product has a size chart that should help you find what size works for you. However, if your piece doesn't fit then simply reach out to contact@dis-order.nl within 14 days after the order arrived and we'll happily help you get the right size!
We will ask you to send back the incorrect piece(s) and we'll make sure to cover the costs for the return journey! Once we have proof that the return is on its way to us we will send over the correct size. This shipment will take our usual 7-10 days to arrive.
Please be mindful that we only produce what you order. Therefore, please check your size using the size guide which is available on each product page!
My order is faulty what do I do?
If incorrect, damaged, or faulty pieces arrive we will send over new pieces 100% free of charge! This shipment will take our usual 7-10 days to arrive. Keep in mind that this only applies if you notify us within 14 days of your order's arrival and if you can share visual proof of the problem!
Please email us at contact@dis-order.nl within 14 days after you received you order. We will do our absolute best to help!
How do returns work?
If you would like to return your order because you ordered a wrong size, please get in touch with contact@dis-order.nl within 14 days after the order arrived and we will do our best to sort it out as quickly as possible.

We make clothes for everyone meaning our products our unisex. You can find the size chart on each product page. This should help you get the right size and if not you can reach out to contact@dis-order.nl and we will do our best to help you out!*

How do I take care of my apparel?
Wash – Machine, warm, inside out, with similar colors
Tumble Dry – Low
Bleach – Only non-chlorine
Dry Clean – Do not dry clean
Iron – Do not iron directly on the prints
Why does my apparel smell like vinegar upon arrival?
When you unpack our products upon arrival you might smell a vinegar like tone. No need to worry, this is the fixation agent which is used to help bind our eco-friendly ink to the fabric. The solution is simply to throw the garment in the wash and the smell will be gone (one wash should do the trick)!
What are the white or brown marks on my apparel?
