‘Reach out to me’ is intended combat the anti-social and self-isolating behaviors that one can take part in when experiencing mental health issues. Sometimes it feels like the last thing you want is to talk to someone, even though you know it’s what you need. The two hands meeting show that there is hope and support to be found if you open yourself up to it.
